Absolute Autism Therapy, LLC provides ABA therapy services aimed at assisting children with autism. These services are provided by licensed professionals and are tailored to meet the specific needs of each child.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to families of children diagnosed with autism. To access our services, parents or legal guardians must provide valid medical information and a diagnosis from a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients and their guardians are responsible for the following:

- Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding the child’s diagnosis and health.

- Attending scheduled therapy sessions on time.

- Notifying Absolute Autism Therapy, LLC of any schedule changes, cancellations, or emergencies at least 24 hours in advance.

- Actively participating in the child’s therapy and implementing strategies recommended by the therapy team.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Insurance

We accept many insurance plans. However, it is the responsibility of the client or guardian to verify coverage with their insurance provider prior to beginning therapy. Any unpaid claims, copayments, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses are the responsibility of the client.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

- Check

Payments must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the client agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional charges or discontinuation of services.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all client information. Absolute Autism Therapy, LLC complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure that all personal health information (PHI) is handled with care and in compliance with the law.
